TikTok ကို သူ့ရဲ့ မိခင်ကုမ္ပဏီ ByteDance ကနေ ခွဲထွက်ဖို့ US တရားရေးဌာနက ချမှတ်ထားတဲ့ ဥပဒေကို ဖျက်သိမ်းပေးဖို့ အယူခံ ဒီနေ့ ဒီဇင်ဘာလ ၆ ရက်နေ့မှာပဲ ပယ်ခံလိုက်ရပါတယ်။ TikTok ကို ပိုင်တဲ့ တရုတ်ကုမ္ပဏီ ByteDance အနေနဲ့ သူတို့ရဲ့ပလက်ဖောင်းကို ဇန်နဝါရီလ ၁၉ ရက်နေ့အထိ မရောင်းချဘူးဆိုရင် US မှာ တရားဝင်ပိတ်ပင်ခံရတော့မှာပါ။

"TikTok ကို သုံးနေကြတဲ့ သန်းနဲ့ချီတဲ့ ပြည်သူတွေကို ပြောချင်တာက တခြားဆိုရှယ်မီဒီယာပလက်ဖောင်းတစ်ခုသာ ရှာထားကြပါ" လို့ အယူခံပယ်ချတဲ့ တရားသူကြီးအဖွဲ့ထဲက မစ္စတာဂင့်စ်ဘာ့ဂ်က ပြောပါတယ်။

အမေရိကန်ပြည်ထောင်စု၊ တရားရေးဌာနကနေ တရုတ်အစိုးရရဲ့ ခြယ်လှယ်မှုရှိနေတဲ့ ByteDance ကုမ္ပဏီပိုင် TikTok ဟာ US အမျိုးသားလုံခြုံရေးနဲ့ အကျိုးစီးပွားကို အဖျက်အမှောင့်ပြုနေလို့ ByteDance အနေနဲ့ TikTok ကို မရောင်းချဘူးဆိုရင် အမေရိကန်မှာ 'Ban' ရလိမ့်မယ်လို့ ဆိုတာပါ။

TikTok ဘက်ကတော့ အဲဒီစွဲချက်ကို ငြင်းဆိုထားပြီး အဲဒီဥပဒေက ဖွဲ့စည်းပုံအခြေခံနည်းမကျကြောင်း၊ အက်ပ်ကို သုံးနေတဲ့ အမေရိကန်သန်းပေါင်း ၁၇၀ ကျော်ရဲ့ ပထမဖြည့်စွက်ချက် (First Amendment) အခွင့်အရေးတွေကို ချိုးဖောက်နေကြောင်း တုံ့ပြန်ထားပါတယ်။ အဲဒီနောက် ဖက်ဒရယ်တရားရုံးချုပ်အထိ တက်ရောက်အယူခံဝင်မယ်လို့လဲ ပြောထားတာပါ။ အခုတော့ TikTok ရဲ့ အယူခံကို ပြည်ထောင်စုတရားရုံးက ငြင်းဆိုလိုက်ပြီး ယခင်ကအတိုင်း သတ်မှတ်ရက်ကျော်တဲ့ထိ ရောင်းချတာမျိုးမလုပ်ရင် Ban ခံရမှာ ဖြစ်ပါတယ်။
